Bhagya Varsha Bachat Yojana

The Bhagya Varsha Bachat Yojana 11+1 ("Gold SIP") offered by Bhagyodaya Jewellers LLP facilitates customers to purchase jewellery on installments from the showroom on the terms and conditions contained herein. Earn up to 100% of one month’s installment at the end of the scheme.

It is an installment scheme. The customer pays a fixed monthly installment of a minimum of ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) and a maximum of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) — in multiples of ₹500 — for a period of 11 months, paying one installment every month.

The scheme matures 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment of the last installment, after which customers are eligible to redeem by purchasing jewellery from the showroom of Bhagyodaya Jewellers LLP. The customer must mandatorily redeem the account within 1 (one) month from the maturity date.

The date of payment of the first installment shall be deemed as the Enrolment Date.

Installments must be paid on the Due Date, which is the same date as the Enrolment Date for subsequent months. A grace period of 15 (fifteen) days per month is provided. If the customer fails to pay within the grace period, the benefit offered shall be reduced.

If the customer does not redeem within 1 month from the maturity date, a refund or voucher aggregating all installments paid will be provided. The discount voucher can be used only to purchase jewellery of a value equal to or greater than the value of installments paid.

The final product invoice value should be equal to or in excess of the purchase eligibility amount.

Cash refunds are generally not available. Refunds under the scheme, if any, will be made by cheque in the name of the account holder or by online transfer to the bank account specified in the Enrolment Form. No cash refund is permissible.

The gold rate booked or charged on the invoice may vary city-wise depending on the corporate gold rate applied by the Company. The rate of gold shall be based on the Company’s prevailing rate on the date of purchase.

Only individuals can enrol. Enrolment is not permissible for companies, partnership firms, proprietorship concerns, Trusts, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) or NRI customers. Minors may enrol only through their natural guardians.

Customers cannot enrol with any money borrowed from other persons.

Enrolment may be through offline mode at the Bhagyodaya Jewellers LLP showroom, or online by registering on the Bhagyodaya Jewellers LLP mobile application.

The customer must provide a copy of photo identity and address proof (Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Ration Card / PAN Card / any other Government-issued document), bank account details, etc. at the time of enrolment.

Any change in contact, address or other furnished details must be updated with the Company immediately. The name must be exactly as per the identity proof (not a nickname or short form). The Company reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity by SMS/OTP or any other means at any time, and to verify the authenticity of documents provided.

Monthly installments may be paid by cash, credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS, local cheques in favour of "Bhagyodaya Jewellers LLP", or ECS (Electronic Clearing Service). International cards for online payment are not accepted. In case of cheque dishonour, bank charges are borne by the customer. The Company is not responsible for online payment failures; it is the account holder’s responsibility to enter details correctly.

Deposits of ₹2 lakhs and above shall be accepted only by cheque, banker’s cheque, or electronic fund transfer to the designated account of the Company.

The Company will not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments.

At the time of purchase, the account holder must personally come and produce a valid photo identity proof and PAN card. The Company reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity in any manner it deems fit.

The customer must purchase jewellery for the total installments amount paid; partial purchase is not allowed.

The customer may appoint a nominee at enrolment. In the event of the account holder’s death, the amount is transferable only to the nominee (on producing valid ID and address proof). Without a nomination, legal heirs must produce: death certificate, succession certificate, NOC from other surviving legal heirs, an indemnity undertaking, a will (if any) and all other supporting documents. The Company’s decision on sufficiency of documents is final and binding.

The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the scheme without prior notice, so long as it is not detrimental to the interests of the account holder.

The Company operates this scheme and reserves the right to suspend it at any time. In such an event, the account holder may purchase any item equal to the value of accumulated installments plus discounts, as on that day.

The Company’s liability is limited to the extent of installments/advances paid by the account holder and the discount, as per the scheme and these terms, and does not create any other assurance or warranty.

Any conditions not explicitly covered above are at the Company’s discretion at the time of transaction/redemption, and its decision shall be deemed irrevocable and final.

Disputes, if any, are subject to the Courts of Himmatnagar jurisdiction only, to the exclusion of any other court’s jurisdiction.

In case of any change in existing laws, rules or Acts by any regulatory authority, the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the scheme accordingly, and account holders must comply with the necessary requirements.
